Environmental Education

Environmental Education

Whether you are a school, community group, charity or trust, Wildbanks Conservation can help transform your grounds or green space into an attractive and valuable resource for people and wildlife. We may also be able to help you apply for funding.

If you are a school, no matter what size grounds you have, we can help you turn it into an exciting resource to provide new opportunities for curriculum based or extra-curricular outdoor learning. Our success is built on the personal relationships we develop with staff and pupils and it is important to us that we involve the children throughout the project either through a series of planned workshops or one off sessions, to promote a sense of ownership and pride within their school.

If you are a community group or charity who manages a green space for public enjoyment and for the benefit of wildlife, we can carry out practical management, such as footpath creation as well as all types of habitat management including woodland thinning, or pond creation etc. We always like to build community days into our projects so volunteers have the opportunity to participate as much as possible.
